Victorian Ryan Thomerson has won the prestigious Bob Hawke AC Australian Open Snooker Championship after defeating Steve Mifsud 6-3 in a best of 11 final. Ryan was an inform player all weekend defeating top players along the way including defending champion Roger Farebrother.

Ryan’s Dad Paul Thomerson took out the high break of 133.

Congratulations also to the semi finalists Adrian Ridley and Roger Farebrother.
