Aaron Mahoney defeated Johl Younger by five frames to two in the final of the Pot Black Open Snooker Championship. In a tense final including two re racks in the fourth frame Aaron proved too be too strong today over the closing frames.

The tournament high break was a fine 98 made by Shaun Dalitz in the semi final. An excellent weekend of snooker at Kedron. We now look forward to the Bob Hawke AO Australian Open at Mounties next month.
