The 2017 Pot Black Open is being held this weekend at the Kedron Wavell Snooker Club – 22-24 September.

Mathew Bolton (WA) who defeated Vinnie Calabrese (NSW) in the 2016 event will not be competing due to his commitments on the main snooker tour.

Out of the 4 semi finalists from 2016, only Ryan Thomerson (VIC) will be competing after his great win at the South Pacific a few weeks ago. He will be battling against the number 1 seed Steve Mifsud from Victoria.
