Matthew Bolton is the Australian National Billiards Champion for the 15th time, defeating Joe Minici 3370-1110 in the final. Matthew also set a new record break for the National Championship with 809 in the Quarter Final, breaking his previous record of 736 set in 2014 – the previous record had stood for over 60 years, a 703 break by Bob Marshall.
It seems to be only a matter of time until Matthew beats Bob Marshall’s record of 21 Australian titles.
